BBI Engineering built the RFID, front and rear projection and “real image” technologies. Apple donated many Minis for flash stuff. #dorkbot
Skylights at Acadamy of Arts and Sciences were not enough to keep fish and plants alive, lights were brought in that are off the LEEDs cert!
Next BBI project will be in the Presidio to document Walt Disneys contributions by his Neice and Nephews. #dorkbot
The Acadamy has no handheld computing (iPhone, mob web) since content is a pain to create. There are some “call-in” voice services. #dorkbot
BBI had a $3.5MM project at the Acadamy of Arts and Sciences for the technology they installed. #dorkbot
BBI used mutli-channel audio processors to give microsecond delays at screens so that audio was focused no matter where you stood! #dorkbot
BBI also built web to Apache to PHP to AMX controllers to let iPod Touch and iPhones control the Acadamy of Arts and Science. via #dorkbot
THinc Design worked with BBI Engineering to develop concepts for the experience, BBI Did Tech and North Shore productions did A/V. #dorkbot
